Rusty Rear Wheel Arches
Rear wheel arches on Mazda Bongo's are a common problem... cutting the bodywork and welding new arches and then painting them in a body shop can cost up to £1200.
But Bongo Mad have a cost effective solution which I have done for many customers:
Step 1: Remove rust, clean & dry the area to be treated
Step 2: Apply rusteater
Step 3: Fill holes with chemical metal
Step 4: Rubberise the treated area
Step 5: Application of underseal
This all takes time but when done properly it really will prolong the life of your arches.
BongoMad then recommend fitting metal spats to finish it off.
All this for a fraction of the price of a traditional bodyshop.
